This document constituting an appendix to the Terms and Conditions of Abitoo Sp.z o.o. operating at the address Spółdzielców 20,62-500 Konin of defines the rules of processing and protection of personal data of the Clients and the rules of using 'cookies'. The protection of user's privacy is extremely important for Abitoo Sp.z o.o. and we want every our Clients to know how we process them. That is why we have drawn up a Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is protected and processed.


We only collect data if you provide it to us for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, when you create a customer account or when you contact us. Personal data, without your express consent, are used each time only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and processing your inquiries. Upon completion of the contract, this data is stored for a period of time defined by tax and commercial law, and after that time it is deleted from our database. Based on Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes with the use of email marketing, i.e. receiving commercial information by email or SMS/MMS. Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. Data are collected when you subscribe to our Newsletter. We use the data exclusively for our own marketing purposes within the framework of our Newsletter. For this purpose, explicit consent is required, which the user gives in the form of the following declaration: 'I want to subscribe to the Newsletter'. You can unsubscribe at any time. The user may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the appropriate link provided in the Newsletter or by sending a message with the relevant content to our address. After you have notified us of your resignation from the Newsletter, your email address will be immediately deleted from our database.


In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Law EU L 119 of 04 May 2016) we hereby inform you that: The controller of your personal data is: Abitoo Sp.z o.o.Spółdzielców 20, 62-500 Konin , Poland. In order to ensure that your data is always processed faithfully, transparently and lawfully, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer.


We transfer the personal data collected by us to RABEN transport company or APACZKA intermediary, to which we have entrusted the execution of the delivery, if they are required to carry out this delivery. Your payment data are transferred to a designated banking institution for the purpose of payment execution. The recipients of your personal data will be exclusively entities entitled to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and an entity providing Abitoo Sp.z o.o. with email marketing services and entities providing IT services. We store the collected and entrusted personal data within the European Economic Area ('EEA') and will not send it to third countries (outside this area).


You have the right to demand from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify, delete or restrict the processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to data transfer. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e.: The President of the Office for Personal Data Protection)


We use cookies to collect information related to the use of the online store by the Customer. Cookies are small text files sent and stored on the Client's device, which connects to the online store. The Seller uses 'session' cookies stored on the Client's terminal device until logging out, turning off the website or turning off the web browser and 'permanent' cookies stored on the Client's terminal device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until their deletion by the Client. Cookies allow the Seller to customize and optimize the Online Store for the needs of the Customers, create statistics on the views of the Online Store and ensure the safety of the Online Store. Cookies are also used to maintain the client's session after leaving the website in order to return to the contents of the shopping cart. At any time, the Customer may delete Cookies from the Online Store or completely block their collection on the Customer's device using his Internet browser. As part of our website, we use cookies to provide the highest level of service, to ensure safety and efficiency of the use of the website.  6. The Privacy Policy is valid from 23 May 2018.

In the future it may be necessary to update the Privacy Policy. Its latest version will always be available in our website. We will inform you of any changes to the content of the Privacy Policy, e.g. changes concerning the purpose for which we use your personal data or your rights and the contact details of the Data Protection Officer.
